Made for Tent Theatre in Springfield, MO for their 2017 production of Nice Work If You Can Get It. My role was a Stitcher for the season. To accomplish the bubble look we got plastic globes that were halved, and different colored tulle. First we filled the plastic with tulle then glued a piece of tulle to the back of the half globe to hold the tulle inside. Then the "bubbles" where placed onto a leotard that is stretched on a mannequin, and once the positioned it was sewn using a curved needle.
