These pencil sketches help show the progression of each character, and the change in time. Although these sketches are not in color, the many theme of this production was having the characters in shades of blue like Alison Bechdel's illustrations from her graphic memoir, Fun Home. As adult Alison recounts stories from her past, these are in shades of blue and different silhouettes as she grows and time passes.
