Made for Gulfshore Playhouse's stock, I constructed 3 muslin petticoats with adjustable grosgrain waist bands. Each made from 3 yards of muslin, with several 2 inch tucks, and 10 inch ruffle attached to the bottom. It was then gathered at the waist, with more fullness at the back, where the closure was put.
